When a cop says "Do you know why I pulled you over?" The answer is no. If they clocked you at 5 over and you say 10, guess what goes on the ticket?

Stupid police can make a warrant and then within about a week or two they will be coming right back, searches are mandatory for traffic stops in the case of the "step out of the car", yes you don't have to talk but your making it harder on yourself, and in the instance of a traffic stop and anytime else it's considered evading police.

Police need probable cause to search your car, at least in my state.

Let me think live in Cali? Because they hate cops there, but still if cops think you have narcotics in the car they can search or at least where I'm from.

An inhumane restraint. There are other ways to restrain people without causing damage. Ask any group home care worker with clients who hurt themselves. Care workers deal we with high functioning individuals as well.

When dealing with an unarmed individual there is no reason to knock them out. Ever. There are other ways to handle that situation. Before you say this won't work, a similar system adapted to police can be made.

Well that's a false dilemma, for one.
Two, how can you be right when you won't state where you live that your state "loves the police?" You can't verify it even in the hypothetical. Which, this is the internet, assume everything is hypothetical.
Three, I can just as easily use the same logical fallacy against you and say:
"Either you don't want to be taken seriously, as you suggest. Or, you are hiding your state because you know I'll find that they're defunding the police somewhere in your state thus debunking the claim you make."
Four, Continuing the the discussion over whether or not a restraint is humane would be predicated on your ability to be taken seriously. If you're a simple troll, there's no point. But if you're actually wanting to have a civil discussion, you gotta be a little more open.

A. they have permission to search your car if they give you a DUI

B. If your acting suspicious they have all rights to detain you and search the car

And so on.

Being in the field of firefighting and also I research law a ton a DUI isn't considered a criminal charge unless you cannot succeed in the two or more of the tests.

If you are acting suspicious in the car like your being really slow to get things than the cops will get nervous most likely and ask you to step out so they don't die in the case you lied to them when they ask if you have a deadly weapon.

Yes but they won't just randomly ask "hey I want to search your vehicle" if you are acting suspicious they have all rights to detain you and search your car and if you are compliant (which you always should be) and they find nothing they will apologize and give you your warning or ticket and you can be free to go.
