Yeah, you're not kidding. So, my "day job" is free-lancing as a copywriter for tech companies. What I have found is that when someone says "I found lots of grammatical mistakes" what they really are doing is trying to belittle and control you.

Pretty much. The latest was - Explain your reasoning for not including two L's in well - as if it was a conscious decision. Hey man I have I good job that includes writing legal orders and some punk is trying to goad me for missing one letter, its hilarious. And when I check their meme history its all right wing conspiracy theory and hitler memes. Okayyyy
