Well I'm not saying these two, would, I'm just being silly and want a silly response to amuse me.
But now that I think of it, there were a lot of Jews involved in the slave trade and in the confederate south. There was even a statue of a Jewish man who was a politician up north, and left his job up North to come down South just to support slavery.
From what I understand, at first a lot of American Jews were supportive of the confederacy, but as the war went on they decided it would be better if the Union won.
Naturally, this was a certain branch of Jews at the time, usually associated with the business, not the average everyday Jews. Naturally.
