I've no issues with masks...that's not the point though.

The point is that we're preaching this mantra of, "Be smart! Follow the science!"

The science has never once indicated that any pathogen can be transmitted via videocall. His office could easily have been cleared and disinfected afterwards. Therefore this seemed a cheap attempt to fuel needless use of masks in situations where they are not necessary.

We need to be safe AND smart. This wasn't smart.
