Here's an response to a few of your question. If he has an autoimmune disease, he might not be able to get said vaccine. You can still get and pass along the virus after getting the vaccine. The vaccine doesn't prevent the virus, it only weakens the symptoms, the same way contracting the virus does - the RNA variant in the vaccine causes healthy cells to mimic spike proteins causing the immune system to recognize and then create antibodies. However the creation of spike proteins in healthy cells may lead to tearing of vascular walls and cause blood clots. And last the virus can mutate in vaccinated persons as well because, as I mentioned earlier, the vaccine doesn't actually prevent someone from getting the virus.
