The federal government is looking to standardize it for form purposes and may require it for internationally travelers entering the country. They currently have no intentions of requiring it for internal travel. may require it. That will be on them.

Real ID laws were to have gone into affect October 1, 2021 (now exec to May 3, 2023 due to COVID) for boarding domestic flights. They were passed in 2005.

As it will be governors making the decisions for their states, I assume they will base it on the risk of infection to their unvaccinated population. I would also expect one vaccine numbers hit a certain point the requirement would be lifted.

The line between freedom and tyranny is the question. You are ok with less freedom than I am. Likely you believe in the nanny state and the all knowing government telling you what decisions to make.

That said, you (and those who believe as you) should protest if you find this to be intolerable. Take it to court. MLK said non violent protest and going to jail is how you show people how ridiculous some laws are. I think you are tilting at windmills, but you would follow your conscience.

Well the vaccine is actually not approved by the FDA and the normal vaccine approval process. Some people may have legitimate fears of taking an experimental drug. Please explain how forced injection of experimental drugs by the government is within their power? Some people have died from the vaccination. It may not be many but if it’s someone important to you it’s huge. These are personal decisions and forced vaccinations are wrong.

Forced injection? To my knowledge that isn't in the table. I don't endorse forced vaccinations.

Jacobson v. Massachusetts established that people could be fined for not getting a vaccine.

I'm not for forcing people to get it, but in the same way you have to be vaccinated to go to public school, you might face certain restrictions.

Like I said, I hope they allow a clean test within X days to be acceptable in place of proof of vaccine.

Requiring paperwork of proof of vaccination with an unproven experimental vaccine to live an unlimited life is tyranny. You can justify it all you want but there have always been exceptions to going to school without vaccinations.

I oppose forced vaccines. The majority are getting vaccinated and I imagine States will base their restrictions on whether they will get reelected, which will mean what the majority wants or will accept.

I don't let myself get triggered or baited by names. You call it the nanny state. I call it a safety net. I want programs that help people and have been implemented in counties with similar per capita GDP to us. They've done it, their economies are still chugging.
