One thing Judge Vyskocil's ruling got absolutely right last year was that Tucker Carlson's show can never be deemed to actually news. "Hyperbolic", "exaggeration", "non-literal commentary" or "simply bloviating for his audience", yes, but actually honest and legitimate news, absolutely not.
What the Judge truly got wrong was "given Mr. Carlson's reputation, any reasonable viewer 'arrive[s] with an appropriate amount of skepticism' about the statement he makes."
Unfortunately, most that watch him don't because they tend to be highly trusting individuals without a great deal of worldly experience that would have taught them how to discern fact from fiction. What's truly reprehensible about him and MOST guests he has on his show is that they deliberately and unapologetically play upon his viewers naivety, spreading BS propaganda to them for ratings alone.
