Trump axed a lot of regulation, freeing up businesses to...well, do business. Regulations that govern how I operate my business remained unchanged - and I'm OK with that. Software developers should be held to a higher standard in order to safeguard the data and communications of those who buy and use our products. My customers, however, feel the relief when regulations are removed - allowing them to do business with fewer costs, which allows them to purchase things like my software.

Who was the last sitting American president (before Trump) to set foot in North Korea? Nobody! Clinton did it in 2009, after he left office, and Carter did it in 2010 and 2020....no sitting president before Trump ever visited North Korea. I'd call that progress.
Tax breaks phase out all the time, usually with a new administration. I won't be surprised at all when Biden raises everyone's taxes (after all, that was one of his campaign promises)
Trump had no chances to do anything on healthcare because of the opposition he faced from both the Republicans and Democrats in Congress.
