depends on whose ashes they are, if they're like some random guys ashes you wouldn't go to jail for very long since the ashes are probably in somebody's house which means you have already committed B&E, and if you steal the ashes then that's petty theft, and then grave robbing for literally taking somebody's dead cremated body so probably around 21-22 years in jail (it would be longer if it was celebrity's ashes) But if the ashes belong to YOU, then there's probably no jail time since nobody would ever figure out if you snorted your grandmother's ashes.
