Watching the video the minute he showed up a girl gets shoved and that distracts his attention and when he looks up he’s sees a girl with a knife and about to stab someone. Had that girl not gotten pushed he may have had enough time to defuse things

Hard to shoot a limb that’s moving. The chest cavity is the biggest and if he shit the leg there may have not been enough time before the knife reached and if he misses the leg then the bullets might hit the other girl
