me who has had wine in my pasta very often:

ye I've had marsala and sherry lol
Tastes pretty good lol

i mean, it's not too often someone passes out...

It's common for many types of Italian dishes to use wine in their cooking, it isn't harmful as the alcohol burns off usually. And I'm Italian so my family uses it sometimes lol

So? You can't get drunk off of it. This is very common.
