When this country was founded there was a strong reason why we came to this country. Now there is legal obligations to come into this country.

We don't hate immigrants or immigration, we like oversight and discrimination. Why do you like a complete lack of standards? Is it because you could never live up to standards?

Probably because the original people that founded America (the government, not the land) were not immigrants but colonists and pioneers who created this thing called the United States. They earned their citizenship by creating the actual entity that gives citizenship.
