Just ignore the mandates. When they ticket you or arrest you, it'll get to court and you can file an injunction against the court pending a Constitutional trial against the officers and court itself.
Since no one is doing trials they'll have to release you until the trial comes up in a few years.
When it comes up they'll quickly find that there is not lawful bases for mandates at all and dismiss the case against you.
