I love the CHANGED column. As a data analyst, the column jumps out as invalid, as it does not allow for the data to scale.

Then the ole network code column. NETWORK CODE, on a global scale, and it is made up of 5 characters? Not hardly. No scaleablility there, neither.

The data sets clearly a manufactured POS, as it lacks the actual evidence of any mass scaling what so ever. If one is going to manufacture a log, try to see what an actual audit log looks like...it will help with the lies.
