It's a tint of brown and a shade of orange. Though the color red (red takes part in the creation of brown (brown is made by mixing red and green) and orange (red and yellow)), so it could be classified as red as a technicality. Nah u didn't, both parties actually won.

You (the defendant) said copper couldn't be called orange. I researched enough to prove it wrong. Though the research said copper could be called brown and copper itself as well. But in casual conversations, typically orange or copper. So yeah, neither side won
