im afraid to hear it honestly. it was a legit shooting, but just a shitty situation for all involved, the shot, the shooter, the witnesses, the families etc, but thats all it was, a shitty situation. but if the cops really did say that, it just makes a nonevent that much more salty.

It seems to be said by at least one cop in the first link posted in the comments; not in the video I linked, but later on after the shooting.

I don't know all the facts but it's looking like the girl that was shot was lashing out hard against bullies that were there. The cop who shot only saw one girl about to likely kill another girl. It was a sad situation.
