To Stan's point, he did have a gun but no amount of gun control laws will keep guns out of the hands of criminals that want to get them (the "prohibition doesn't work" theory). Meanwhile, politicians from Biden on down want to disarm not only law abiding citizens but police officers as well. In what universe does that make any sense.
