Why are there so many bots on imgflip?

They keep coming back by creating bot accounts and advertising porn links because Imgflip is not a place for pornography things, Users have encountered notifications of bots advertising things, such as scams and porn links, and we have to report them to put into a lockdown.

Is there a way to get them permanently banned
and prevent them from making new accounts to advertise links with?
