Technicaly yes. There are three heads and judging by the 2019 movie, 3 different minds at once. Kindda like siamese triplets. But the 2019 ghidorah is most likely the only one that is like this, making the other ghidorahs one mimded 3 headed beasts. It's kindda like comparing venom and spiderman. There are more minds in the body(ies) of first and only one in the second

Yes rainbow Ghidora is a thing. This was how the suit originally looked before the moviemakers decided a golden dragon would look more dangerous.
