It's funny how you assume that we're so weak that we will die of a respiratory disease that literally takes the form of a worse version of the flu.

I was looking at some numbers about 3 months ago: the entire 2019-2020 flu season = about 22,000 U.S. deaths. Then I looked at U.S. deaths from covid-19 in last 7 days = 23,000. It's different than the flu and, unlike the flu, it seems to have long-lingering effects in quite a few cases, as well as possible heart damage.

tell me the likelihood that magically, the numbers increased in a week to be larger than the entire previous season. No disease has ever had that swell of appearance, and as a quick note...
doesn't the time frame here correlate with the vaccines, if the information is correct? An impossible surge in numbers as soon as vaccines enter common use?

Every time I checked the weekly numbers on CDC in early to mid winter it was roughly 20,000 deaths. The 1918 pandemic swelled worse. In January, the vaccines had JUST started to get out to larger numbers, the deaths were swelling before that, and it was expected to take to maybe late summer to fully slow the virus down. It takes time but people will be fully vaccinated and therefore not contagious starting about 2 weeks after the second shot. It's going to take months until millions and millions of people are two weeks past getting those two shots.

Or maybe, people will end up... you know...
using their immune systems.
I'll agree to disagree though. I'll let nature do what nature does, while you all do what you want to your bodies. I know, for one, I can handle the disease. I've had it before, in fact. I haven't tested positive again.
