Before crafting your next uneducated question try reading AND UNDERSTANDING the Bible. God created a perfect world that mankind made imperfect. We are not perfect nor were we created to be perfect. Our purpose to to make ourselves perfect. God sent His Son to show us how to live a perfect life. Then Jesus atoned for our sins and sacrificed His life to give us the opportunity to repent of our failings and rise above ourselves until we reach perfection.

God is not a dictator and He will force no one into heaven. We have to choose His way of our own free will and not by any coercion or force and that is why this is not a perfect world. Their are a whole lot of people trying to be perfect and the vast majority of them failing, including me, there are a whole lot of people who don't know God's plan and a whole lot of people who have thrown out God's plan altogether.

You are exactly right. They think privileges should be rights because they do not understand what a right is. A right is a freedom that cannot infringe another person's rights. All of the rights that any person needs they already have and have had ever since the first man and woman. The problem is there are people, governments, organizations and even some religions who conspire to take those rights away. As a result only about 5% of all of mankind throughout our history have ever known any sort of freedom. The United States was founded as the freest nation to have ever existed. The rights that are protected by the Constitution are under assault by the very people claiming that certain groups need more "rights" than others. That is NOT freedom and that is NOT how rights work.

The LGBT has the same rights to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness that all of us have. They are protected from violence under the law the same as everyone else. They also have the same right to self-defense as the rest of us. What else do they need? Is another law going to protect them any better than the last law? That applies to gun laws. We keep passing more and more gun laws but has crime dropped even a percent?

The only thing politicians know how to do is write more laws but that is never the answer because more laws means less freedom for us and more power for the government and that never works out well for the individual citizen. History has shown that over and over and over and over and over and over..... Politicians will always be on the ready to pass more laws if it gets them reelected.

What this nation needs is what it had for a brief period of time at its founding. Morals. You cannot have freedom without morality and you cannot have morality without freedom. And you cannot prosper as a nation without either. Morality is exactly what the Democrat party and the left are utterly bankrupt on and as a result they are dragging this nation down. We are not even close to as prosperous as we could be and looking to Denmark for a solution is the wrong answer. We need to look at ourselves and return to who we used to be.
