The 18th Amendment prohibited alcohol (hence the phrase prohibition) and took effect in 1920. FDR passed the 21st amendment 13 years later in 1933.

So, the 18th has already been overturned, see, and the 21st is in effect? Biden's only option in this area is to overturn the 21st to bring back prohibition.

My poorly phrased attempt with this meme was to draw a parallel to what he's trying to do to the 2nd Amendment. Some have also made great analogies to Biden and the 13th Amendment, which is genius.
