The FDA issued an Authorization for emergency use. This makes face masks an experiment because they do not have the full authorization, meaning no clinical trials have proven that they are effective against the coronavirus. By the United States Code 21 subsection 360 bbb 3, all experiments must be optional. Mask mandates are therefore illegal and cannot be enforced by any means.
