Paying off student debt will be done by raising our taxes.

Why the hell should I pay off all those student loans that were contractually signed for by the student who wanted to go to college?

Nobody paid off mine. I got a job and paid off my own.

And if you say something like “They were too young to know what it would do to their future”, then they should also agree to raise the voting age to 25. You know, an age where they aren’t “too young to know what it would do to their future”.

Same with FREE Healthcare. It won’t be free. It will be “Taxpayer Funded Healthcare”, which means that once again I will be paying for someone else to access something that I rarely use but will be obliged to fund.

Let's be honest, the student loan system is basically a giant government run scam. In that light my $20,000 student loan that I owe $100,000 on should be paid off, but not by tax payers. It should just be written off the books. They aren't going to get more than 20% from me anyway.
