I agree when it comes to streams that are dedicated exclusively to a single user or a single user's content.

However, public streams are owned and used by the whole community, not just by individual users. There's nothing too special about the original creator of a stream. If they start to mismanage a large stream that the community is enjoying, we will swiftly remove them from the stream and promote a different owner. This is because it's not just your content that you are controlling as the owner of the stream, but the content of potentially a huge number of other users. Imgflip fights for all the users :)

The biggest one that comes to mind is a feature that the original creator of a stream CANNOT EVER be demoted from Owner.

Original creators of streams should always be given their dues and recognized. Even if they leave the site for good and leave someone else in charge, or the stream is otherwise taken over by a site mod due to abandonment. Only exception: a situation where the founder becomes a deleted account.

Other owners shouldn't be able to delete there stream

I disagree, because having other owners is an option and that's already a thing for mods. so basically if that's a problem for people they can just have mods and not extra owners
