well the Geogia GOP just showed us how to suppress them, so you could start by reversing restrictions on poll times, number of dropboxes, lead time for obtaining absentee ballots, and the one i really like is mailing absentee ballots to all registered voters; how would you go about it?

Mailing ballots to all registered voters without verifying if they even live there anymore is like mailing a pack of bullets to all registered gun owners without verifying they live there.

Agreed, they shouldn’t be wasting paper and postage sending those out without them being requested. I’ve never heard of that being done but then we probably don’t live in the same state.

Employers must, by law, allow employees time off to vote. The numbers of drop boxes are irrelevant because you can mail them back for free. You don’t need leadtimes for absentee ballots; if you really want to vote you’ll figure out a way to do it.

And I’d be all for mailing absentee ballots to all registered voters; as long as you made it a requirement to show an ID at the actual polling booth to ensure that people aren’t double voting.
