Congress is abysmal and I can say that without starting s&%$ cause I'm in Congress. But we got a problem we can't fix: half the people won't introduce bills (for reasons I'm not gonna get into) and half the people won't vote on anything we put up there.
I'm not meme chatting everyone in Congress and threating to photoshop their faces onto britney spears' body if they don't vote.
If you want a bill passed, bring me the bill and two good memes (as bribes money!) And I'll put it up for a vote. And then no one will show up to vote on it.
