Great meme, thumbs up (pun intended), but even though a claymore is called a "mine" it is not like the conventional mine like those that are placed in a mine field where your enemy walks along and steps on it to set it off.
Instead, the soldier or Marine places it in front of their defensive position and runs a wire to a hand held detonator. Then, if the enemy gets close enough, our guy sets it off click, click, boom, and instant swiss cheese.
