Nightmare can't be killed. the only way he would be vulnerable is if he is in his passive form, which is impossible to go back to because of cracks in his skull from when he was bullied before he ate the negative apple.

Well, in Undyne's defence, Alphys theorised that San's power could get the CORE back up and running. You see, shortly after a neutral run, the CORE breaks down, which causes everything to go south. Undyne becomes queen, food supplies start running low, and because of this, everyone starts losing their minds. Without the CORE, underground civilization begins to crumble.

So she took his bad time eye. that isn't the source of his power. It's just there to look cool. I think.
Oh yeah did you know that the black stuff coming out of Killer!Sans's eyes is HATE, not blood from when he cut out his bad time eye?

Another fun fact: Horror has PTSD when near any Undyne from any AU.

In killertale, Sans and Chara make a pact, and Chara controls Sans to kill evrtyone in the underground. while in that process, Chara makes Sans cut out his bad time eye. the stuff coming out of his eyes is not blood, but HATE.
