I'm pretty sure that's a lacefront wig parted waaaaaaay too far back, or her gel gave out. The roots are too curly for that to be a chemical process (unless she's due for a touch-up), and it's far too short to be a reasonable weave, and I'm not getting "silk press" vibes, either, unless she did it herself.
