Kids today will make fun of you for being my this old but don't realize we've been gaming since day one and have got to be there through all aspects and phases of gaming evolution. We didn't have cheats and mods, and access to mommy and daddys credit card number, our skills were actually developed and honed , our top rankings were actually earned and not purchased.

Same here. Damn near 60 mile walk home

I asked someone for a cab ride, mine was 25 miles.

I had someone actually stop and pick me up in the last 10-15 miles but it took about 8 days for my feet and legs to stop hurting so it might as well have been the whole 60

Something weird about me is that I can remember my moms phone number but not my own

I don't know mine either but I can remember the number when I was a kid.

Yeah I have a few landline numbers from my past that I still remember. Today I don't know a single person that even has a landline still
