I think that's probably because without some context, nobody would.

Without checking, those photos look to me like screen captures from a video recorded at a GA vote counting location, which showed the majority of the vote counters and all the poll watchers (is that the right name for them?) leaving late into the morning hours, and then a couple giant suitcases being produced which had tons o' ballots in them.
