Lol, nice meme Lyoll, thanks for sharing. Your point is well taken that "climate change" is a natural thing that has always occurred, and always will. Only a delusional Lefty loon is arrogant enough to believe climate is controlled by human activity. You went way back in time to make this point. I had the same kind of meme idea awhile ago, but went way in the future to make the same point.

Actually, not my point. The changes that wiped out non-avian dinosaurs were not man-made, but the changes currently causing a mass extinction ARE. Those of us who are busy mocking the warning signs of disaster may well go the way of the dinosaurs.

Let's not be dinosaurs!

Ya ok... Stop drinking the liberal KOOL-AID. You've been brainwashed. Sad.

It's not Kool-aid. It's in the water.

From the Smithsonian website:

"Recent studies estimate about eight million species on Earth, of which at least 15,000 are threatened with extinction. It’s hard to pinpoint the exact extinction rate because many endangered species have not been identified or studied yet. A number of scientists grapple with improving methods for estimating extinction rates.

Regardless, scientists agree that today’s extinction rate is hundreds, or even thousands, of times higher than the natural baseline rate."

There are all kinds of reasons for animal extinction. Number one is human development that disrupts their habitats, then you can argue all day long about whether human needs are more important than animals- uhg. But that's a different issue altogether. Climate change (so-called man made) has nothing to do with it. But let's get to the REAL ROOT LIES you kids are being taught ok? The so-called "solution" to these perceived crises which will be imposed in the name of the false-religion of "climate change." Does it go something like this- First we all must pay much higher TAXES! Then we all must drastically lower our standards of living (no more cars or big houses). We must adopt SOCIALISM so everyone can be equally POOR! Globalism, open borders, no more freedom or rights and la-de-friggin-da! Sound familiar? Then we will all live in a beautiful Commie utopia of Unicorns and Rainbows! This is what they are pushing on us. Get a Clue. Do your own independent research and stop listening to the Commie Bastards. God help us all if they succeed with their EVIL AGENDA. I will be gone, but you will be living a life of MISERY if you don't stand up to them and put a stop to it. TAKE BACK AMERICA MAGA!!

THE OCEAN IS BECOMING MORE ACIDIC AND THERE ARE MORE THAN 17,000 SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES ON IT | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
I don't think my research, or your research, is likely to find facts that the vast majority of scientists have overlooked. I get that it's scary -- extinction is scary, not handing our children the lifestyle and the prospects we ourselves grew up with is scary.

However, the world is changing. There are 8 billion humans and we produce a lot of deforestation, heat islands, waste carbon, plastic trash, et alia, and our stuff is changing the planet's climate.

That's a good point. What we're really facing is overpopulation. There's only so much space and resources available on our only known habitable planet, and we are on the way to outgrowing it. We really need to put space force & research into high gear. We will have to find other worlds to live on. Otherwise, villians like Bill Gates are going to start doing unspeakable "population-control." I do believe that there will come a time in the distant future when things will be like Star Trek, but the problem today is that liberals are several centuries early in their wishful thinking.

Does finding another world to transform completely seem less impossible than the idea that we are transforming this world? Does it seem easier than changing the way we live here?

Haha, well I did say DISTANT future. We'll have to learn the science here first before using it elsewhere , and I bet they already are- secretly. Now call it conspiracy theory if you want, but I would'nt be surprised if they're already doing all kinds of crazy weather-control experiments. And if something should go wrong, just blame it on climate change! (I don't trust government in case you have'nt noticed). When and if such weather/climate control is achieved by people it would be weaponized because well, we're people. Just imagine the awesome power if say, USA were suddenly able to place a constant Hurricane at will over Beijing! Hope the bad guys don't beat us to it!

You're right that that power would not be safe with any one group. And skepticism of government certainly makes sense-- most governments have done some very shady stuff (the Tuskegee Airmen leap to mind). However, it's hard to keep secrets, especially big secrets, so any theory that requires a large number of co-conspirators to work automatically triggers my skepticism.
