tl;dr summary -- Daltoids has denied that he's WN, even as other WN alt accounts have claimed that he is.

Personally, I think it is WN, running a slightly more sophisticated scam, but with several tics that give him away. That said, Daltoids would not be qualified to serve in Congress this term under the new proposed 30-day rule anyway.
