Something I have never understood. Rich people have more money than normal people. So how does it make sense for them to have to pay a smaller percentage of their income for taxes? They make MORE money already. Why should they have to pay less? Wouldn't it make more sense for them to mare a higher percentage than a lower one?

You need to understand their rational. The government built the roads and now we need to allow a private company take them over to 'save' money. Then the private company can charge tolls to maintain for the purpose of maintaining the roads, but pocket the funds instead to the point the government has to give them a bailout to do. You know, more of our money.
