He goes have a good point that it is up to a judge to decide in a trial instead of me declaring him innocent and not getting a trial called. I don't know what he wants me to do, since I am head of congress, not in the supreme court. Because privacy is a legitimate concern, I personally would give LaChancla and Scar the benefit of the doubt. He did also point out that richard was exposed and didn't leak anyone's information, and that is compelling. I think we should ask the stream as a whole if they believe that is worthy of a trial. If LaChancla or Scar could prove that there was good reason to believe richard would expose someone else's information, that would end the whole thing.
