While those books were banned in the US, it's rather noteworthy that most were recommended reading to Canadian high school students for many years, apparently to educate them just how easy it was to fall prey to charismatic leaders - who demand 'obedience', 'subservience' and/or 'group think' - and how to counteract such so they don't destroy their own lives and/or that of their nation.
