M4 in my opinion brother. it has a good long range and it can go semi auto and full auto. and it can have a lot of attachments so that's fun!

Good choice. I would say the .556 round is gonna be underpowered against castle walls and heavy armour. But all three rifles are in 22 caliber so that's not a consideration.
