In the movie "Les Patterson rescues the world" Sir Les Patterson lost a Shoe in somebodies rear part of the intestinal tract. Which got found again by an obduction of the affected person.
Furthermore "Les Patterson" the Role is a heavy drinker and alcoholics, and if i remember well, Diplomat or Politician.
I'd see this as one of the earliest kind of documentations known to me, beside "The Marx Brothers".
