No. At least he doesn't want to. And, he's attempting to re-enter the US into the Iran nuclear deal, brokered under his former boss, president Obama. An agreement Trump took us out of, so that we could deal with their deceptive nuclear program in a more direct way. I don't think there's an outcome to this discussion with Biden being tougher on Iran than Trump was. Trumpalso liked to kill their generals. Let's see how Biden does in that regard.
