Should cooks not be 'forced' to wash their hands?

Cooks aren't forced to wash their hands. They do it voluntarily because if the cause someone to get sick, they lose customers and therefore money.

The best n95 mask, when properly fitted to the face to prevent anything other than air in only protects against .1 micron and larger. Ergo, masks don't do anything. Look at someone who just sanded drywall take of their mask.
