Hate to break it to you, but the amount of natural gas is just enough to last 45 years. For oil we have around 40 more years. For coal, we have 70 years. Imagine in 50 years, when everyone is freezing to death because some idiot in 2021 thought the reserves would never run out. A slow transition to renewables has to start somewhere

Smart states do not use it much so they do not pay triple like California, We also do not need to be a stupid nation like Germany and pay triple because they got rid of most of their nuclear. Need to be more like France that has 70 percent Nuclear base.
