There is no such thing as hate speech

I dunno, people telling me that I don't deserve rights and should die because I'm a jew kinda sounds like hate speech to me.

As a sentiment yes, in a country that has the first amendment right there is no distinction for using speech that someone else hates. Under the law and the first amendment there is no hate speech.

There is only speech that is protected by the first amendment and speech that is not.
For example, the constitution does not protect the following kinds of speech:
Blackmail
Pornography
Slander
True threats

All kinds of speech protected by the constitution are considered "free speech".

But is pornography considered speech? 🤔
