Oh aye, FDR and Hitler were famous for their cooperative stances on foreign policy.

FDR sold weapons to both sides during the war only because he was petitioned to, if he had it his way he would have only sided with the Axis powers. He refused to get involved in the war until America was attacked unprovoked leaving him literally no other choice, and they were both Democratic Socialists (Nazi is literally a German acronym for Democratic socialist workers union and FDR set a trend of entitled Americans demanding handouts that directly led to the U.S's debt being what it is; he was a socialist.) that campaigned heavily off of the dissatisfaction with the previous leadership and promises of bringing back prosperity. Also, FDR immediately locked up the vast majority of Asian Americans in an oddly similar fashion to the same type of concentration camps that Germany locked Jews in after Pearl Harbor was attacked. Do the math.

That was the weirdest part. If anything, foreign policy is where the two parties are most alike. This has to be a troll job of some kind.

Jesus Christ, Yes, they did found the KKK. Literally every founding member of the KKK was a Democrat ( All six were former members of the confederate army, to be precise), and the only reason why they are labeled as "right wing terrorists organizations" is because the people who ran them (Again, Democrats) were also the ones in charge, so they could just say "hey, it's republicans who are killing people, not us" and people would believe them. (You also had a KKK member found planned parenthood to, and I quote, "exterminate the black and Jew filth", just to turn around and accuse pro-lifers of being members of the KKK themselves to further demonize the only people actually willing to stop them.)

And no the party shift *was* only in the foreign policy, you can keep claiming to the contrary but unless you prove me wrong you're just going to keep looking like an idiot.

That and some discussion I was having with someone earlier about some other folks on this site who forgot being old enough to have kids in the 3rd grade is fair indication that they themselves are too old to pretend they never left it.
