There's nothing to be done in Texas. The National Guard won't magically unfreeze the pipes or un-seize the wind generators. Time and temperature is all we need.
Actually the federal department of energy forced them to shutdown until they used up all renewable and import energy because their backups would exceed EPA standards.
In other words power wouldn't have gone out at all if it weren't for federal interference.
It would be much more wise to separate into four states, I agree. The point is, they have all of this independence and choices, and a Texan is asking for federal help?
