Point of fact: Texas has a Republican governor and a Republican controlled legislature.

Interesting how you jumped to defend Democrats and blame Republicans, neither of which is mentioned in the meme. The meme was aimed at the vulnerabilities of the push for green energy.

All the major cities are blue af. If you dont think that affects policy choices in the state you need to study harder.

Also point of fact, Texas adopted 'green energy' in a big way, which was pushed by progressives:
