Actually, Trump going to Moscow would be a very bad idea. He was President of the United States and thus had access to knowledge the Russians would probably love to get their hands on. Trump leaving the United States would be a national security risk. He is not to be trusted.
On the other hand, he only THINKS he has a fantastic memory. Pretty sure it's spotty as heck, though I bet he'd be happy to spill any beans he thinks he has for some Russian $$ debt relief...
