Both Trump and Biden don't want "Illegal Immigrants in the Country. Trump's plan was to stop all of them from coming over but Biden's plan is to make sure the Immigrants can get through legally, which is why he made the statement "Bridges not Walls". So what you describe as "Illegal Aliens" won't actually be benefiting.
