That was my first thought...isn't the Supreme Court supposed to determine whether things that the legislative (and/or executive) branch are doing is constitutional or not?

Octavia, you know I disagree with you on most things, and have very little respect for your opinion, but I thought even you were too bright to get caught up in replying to a cheap trolling comment like that. I can't tell you how many times I've started writing a reply to a post like that, but fortunately have been able to stop before hitting the reply button. I just tell myself it's not worth my time.
