Why can’t more political conversations go like this?

Politics are just far too ridiculous currently. Obama made the Republicans go insane, and Trump made us go insane. We hate each other, and until both sides apologize for what they did, we won't get anywhere

because people hate admitting they're wrong.

with how split the country is those conversations are rare i wish the US could dich the party thing and just have everyone vote for who they want to vote for and not vote for someone just because they are democrat or republican

I wish... I once had a conversation with someone under 15 who wasn't even American about how "horrible" trump was. It was super sad how they just didn't give up even when I gave them the chance to stop

No he was arguing against trump. I don't think he wanted to immigrate. He kept going on about how trump personally killed 200,000 people

Dang, I'm against Trump and I do agree with him, just to point that out, but if he was the aggressor, then that seems quite obnoxious. I try to avoid arguments the best possible because they only make my day worse.

Because people are to polarized and assume things to quickly when it comes to politics.
Earlier in the year I was on a plane and a republican and a democrat got into a fight, it appears the democrat was telling by the republican to pull their mask up. There was some yelling, the flight attendants told them if they couldn’t get along they would both be kicked off the flight.
They talked without a single problem for the rest of the six hour flight.
